Return & Refund Policy

At DnG Aesthetics, we strive to ensure every piece meets our high standards of quality. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

1. Eligibility Window

  • Returns are only accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery. Requests or packages received after this 10-day window will not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Condition for Returns

  • We only accept returns in the rare case of manufacturing defects or damages upon arrival.

  • Mandatory Opening Video: To claim a defective or damaged item, an uninterrupted package-opening video showing the unboxing from the very beginning (clearly showing the shipping label and package condition) is strictly required. Claims without a complete opening video will not be accepted.

3. Return Process & Shipping

  • Once your return request for a defective/damaged item is approved, you will be guided on how to ship the package back to us.

  • The physical return of the package is required for inspection before any refund can be finalized.

4. Refund Options

Once the returned package is received and inspected, your refund will be processed through one of the following methods of your choice:

  • Store Credits: Issued directly to your DnG Aesthetics account for future purchases.

  • Original Payment Method: Credited back to your original mode of payment.
