Welcome to DnG Aesthetics ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging with our brand, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

1. General Overview & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the DnG Aesthetics platform and storefront.
By using our services or purchasing our apparel (including waffle-knit thermals, button-downs, and streetwear collections), you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

We make every effort to display our product designs, colors, and textures (such as our signature waffle thermals and graphic button-downs) as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our platform are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4. Returns, Damages & Defects Policy

We maintain a strict return policy to ensure product integrity:

Timeframe: Returns are only accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this 10-day window will not be entertained.
Defects & Damages Only: We only accept returns in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping damages.
Mandatory Opening Video: To process a claim for a defective or damaged item, an uninterrupted package-opening video showing the unboxing from the very beginning (clearly displaying the shipping label and package condition) is strictly required. Claims submitted without a complete opening video will be rejected.
Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, you must ship the physical package back to us for inspection.

5. Refunds

Once the returned package is received, inspected, and verified, your refund will be processed based on your preference:

Store Credits: Issued to your DnG Aesthetics account for future purchases.
Original Payment Method: Credited back to your original mode of payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, brand names, logos, graphics, product designs, and imagery associated with DnG Aesthetics are the exclusive property of the brand. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs or marketing assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

DnG Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability to you under any circumstance shall not exceed the total purchase price of the specific product ordered.
